Product Features
☆ Comprehensive functionality: meets the testing requirements for various CTs (e.g., protection, metering, TP types) including excitation characteristics (volt-ampere characteristics), ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, secondary load, ratio error, and phase angle error. It can also be used for testing excitation characteristics, ratio, polarity, secondary winding resistance, and ratio error of various PT electromagnetic units.
☆ On-site calibration of current transformers does not require a standard current transformer, current booster, load box, voltage regulation control box, or heavy-current cables. Extremely simple test wiring and operation achieve current transformer calibration, greatly reducing work intensity and improving efficiency, facilitating on-site transformer calibration.
☆ Precise measurement of ratio error and phase angle error: ratio error allowance ≤ ±0.05%, phase angle error allowance ≤ ±2 minutes. Capable of measuring 0.2S class current transformers with a ratio measurement range of 1 to 40,000.
☆ When equipped with our dedicated current booster, it can output up to 180A current, facilitating on-site current flow tests.
☆ Based on advanced frequency conversion method to test CT/PT volt-ampere characteristic curves and 10% error curves. Outputs up to 180V AC voltage and 12Arms (36A peak) AC current, yet capable of handling CT tests with knee points as high as 60KV.
☆ Automatically provides knee point voltage/current, 10% (5%) error curve, accuracy limit factor (ALF), instrument security factor (FS), secondary time constant (Ts), remanence factor (Kr), saturated and unsaturated inductance, and other CT and PT parameters.
☆ Testing complies with various transformer standards such as GB1208 (IEC60044-1), GB16847 (IEC60044-6), and GB1207. Automatically selects the appropriate standard based on transformer type and class.
☆ Simple and convenient testing: one-key operation completes CT direct resistance, excitation, ratio, and polarity tests. Except for load testing, all other CT tests use the same wiring method.
☆ Full Chinese dynamic graphical interface: completes wiring and parameter settings without referring to the manual. Dynamically displays parameter settings based on the selected test item; dynamically displays help wiring diagrams corresponding to the selected test item.
☆ 8.4-inch true color LCD touch screen, full Chinese color graphical interface, and full touch input control facilitate human-machine interaction.
